WICHTIGE INFO ÜBER CORONA-VIRUS
Liebe Gäste,
ich versuche die Situation, die grad überall herrscht mit dem Corona-Virus, einigermaßen gut in Worte zu packen und Sie zu informieren, wie es im A-Trane weitergeht.
Viele Konzerte werden zu Recht und bedauerlicherweise abgesagt, weil die Gesundheit aller vorgeht.
Viele Reservierungen werden zurückgenommen, weil die Gäste zu Recht Ihre Gesundheit gefährdet sehen.
Daher haben wir überlegt, wie es weitergehen soll.
Wir sind der Meinung, dass die Übertragung und Ausweitung auch überall woanders stattfinden kann, auch wenn die Clubs schließen. Menschenansammlungen gibt es in den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Flügen, Zügen, Supermärkten etc. Warum das Leben einstellen, wenn man überall angesteckt werden kann.
Nun war die Überlegung, wie können wir den Konzertbetrieb fortsetzen, ohne dabei den Helden zu spielen und die Gesundheit aller nicht auf Spiel zu setzen.
Wegen der Infektionsgefahr durch das neue Coronavirus habe ich mir Gedanken gemacht und mit dem Personal über den Umgang damit unterhalten.
Mit bestimmten Maßnahmen ist dies möglich. Genau diese versuchen wir Ihnen zu erläutern.
ERGEBNIS:
Aufgrund des ungewissen Ausgangs, der ungewissen Dauer und der ungewissen Übertragungsorte dieser Epidemie sagt das A-Trane die Konzerte NICHT ab.
Das heißt aber auch nicht, dass wir damit die Ausbreitung dieses Virus unterstützen. Wir unternehmen aus unserer Sicht Maßnahmen, mit denen wir einen großen Beitrag dazu leisten, das zu verhindern.
ZUM BEISPIEL:
– Der Club wird nicht ausverkauft.
– Es werden nur die Sitzplätze vergeben. Wir verzichten auf Stehplätze.
– Keine Umarmungen mehr.
– Keine Handgrüße mehr.
– Keine freundlichen Wangenküsse mehr etc.
– Es werden Desinfektionssprays überall im Club aufgestellt und verteilt.
Damit wollen wir eigentlich erreichen, dass das Leben und die Freude an der Live Musik soweit wie möglich einigermaßen fortgesetzt wird, ohne dabei irgendjemanden zu gefährden und an der Ausbreitung beteiligt gewesen zu sein und die Konzerte zu retten, die womöglich eine große Rolle spielen, um der kompletten Isolation zu entkommen.
UNSER RAT:
Alle, die Hustenreize und Niesattacken haben, sollten im Sinne aller Anderen, die sich in Ihrer Nähe aufhalten, den Besuch im Club vermeiden.

ABER:
Wir kommen an einer Bitte vom A-Trane leider nicht vorbei:
Das A-Trane mit dem Personal und den Musikern hoffen auf eure Kooperation, dass Ihr diese Sicherheitsmaßnahmen von uns als ausreichend empfindet .
Mit eurer Solidarität und unserer Gemeinsamkeit wollen wir mit größter Vorsicht den Konzertbetrieb fortsetzen! Damit wäre gewährleistet, daß der Club, die tourenden Musiker und das arbeitende Personal keine großen finanziellen Einbußen haben und das ihr weiterhin hier im A-Trane zu eurem gewohnten Musikgenuss kommt, um die Freude an der Live-Musik fortzusetzen.
DENN:
Es gibt tatsächlich auch viele Gäste, die mit Sicherheit bereit sind, die Konzerte weiterhin aktiv zu unterstützen, ohne natürlich sich einer Gefahr auszusetzen zu wollen.
WORST-CASE-SITUATION:
Das Gesundheitsamt kann und muss den Club schließen, wenn ein Corona-Fall in der Vergangenheit vorgekommen ist oder wenn das Gesundheitsamt es für richtig hält, dass die Clubs insgesamt geschlossen werden müssen. Sollte es soweit kommen, erfahrt Ihr es auf unserer Webseite.
DAHER:
Schaut euch unsere Webseite jeden Tag an. ALLE Konzerte, die bis 15.00 Uhr des Konzerttags nicht abgesagt worden sind, finden statt.
Ihr kennt nun unsere Haltung, unsere Maßnahmen und auch unsere Bitten.
Jetzt seid ihr dran, zu entscheiden, wie ihr damit umgeht und wie es weitergeht.
Ich hoffe, dass ihr, genauso wie wir, das Konzert durchzieht und hoffen natürlich weiterhin auch auf eure Kooperation mit dem nötigen Verständnis für die Situation unter Vorbehalt Ihrer Gesundheit in dieser ja sehr schwierigen unberechenbaren Situation!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE CORONA-VIRUS
Dear Guests,
I try to describe the situation with the Corona-Virus, which is not easy to put in words and in the meantime to inform you, how we proceed with the concerts at the A-Trane.
A lot of concerts got cancelled, which we totally understand, because the health of the musicians have priority.
A lot of reservations got cancelled too, which we also totally understand, because the health of our dear guests have priority.
Out of this reason, we decided to think about, if and how we can move on.
Our opinion is, that the virus can infect everybody everywhere, even if the clubs are closed, crowds of people are existent almost in all necessary places like:
Public transports, flights, trains, supermarkets etc. So why give up life totally, if you can get infected everywhere?
Now the time came to think about, how we can set up a situation, which saves everybody’s health and live, without trying to be an hero and without endangering everybody’s health.
Because of the danger of an infection with Corona, I spent a lot of thoughts and talked a lot with my staff, how we can try to avoid a contamination.
I think with our health-saving-measures we can make it work:
RESULT:
Due to the uncertain progress, the uncertain duration and the uncertainty of contamination, Jazz Club A-Trane doesn’t cancel the shows.
This doesn’t mean, that we support the contamination of this virus. From our point of view we want to take action, and present a few safety measures from our side.
EXAMPLES:
– We won’t sell out the club
– We only assign seats. We do not assign standing room.
– No hugs
– No hand shakes
– No cheek kisses
– Disinfectant sprays are set up and distributed all over the club.
In doing so, we actually want to ensure that life and the enjoyment of live music is continued as far as possible without endangering anyone and being involved in the expansion of the virus. Saving the concerts may play a major role in order to escape complete isolation.
OUR ADVICE:
All guests, who have a cough or an irritation of the throat and who sneeze or have sneezing attacks, should avoid to visit the A-Trane in respect of all the others around them.

BUT:
We have a request for you to mention:
The A-Trane with its stuff and the musician hope for your cooperation, if our preventive measures seem safe to you.
With solidarity and togetherness and with secure health circumstances, we can continue the live concerts. This would ensure, that the club, the touring musicians and the working staff, have no major financial losses and that you can continue to enjoy the live music here at the A-Trane.
ANYWAY:
There are actually many guests, who are certainly willing to continue to actively support the concerts without, of course, wanting to expose themselves to any danger.
WORST-CASE-SITUATION
The public health department can and must close the club, if there was a Corona-case at the A-Trane!

THEREFORE:
Please check out our website, to get the latest information about the concerts. ALL concerts that have not been canceled by 3 p.m. on the day of the concert will take place.
Now you know our attitude, our measures and also our requests.
Now it’s your turn to decide how to deal with it and how to proceed.
